There is no SOAP service at this location - Liferay web service

Hi!
Recently I developed a liferay web service folling these steps:

when I try to show the wsdl at localhost, I get this error:

AXIS error

Could not generate WSDL!

There is no SOAP service at this location

This is the url at localhost:

http://localhost:8080/diba-butlletinsws-portlet/axis/Plugin_ParcsButlletins_ButlletiService?wsdl

I can't see my webservice at tunnel url either. I work in a Liferay EE 6.0 with tomcat bundle.
