Delete Calender event

Hi experts,

how can I delete calender events ?

I defined a regular role and put all portlet permissions from "calender" in there including the "delete" permission.

Next I assigned the role to the users.

But I am still not able to delete a calender event.

In SO beta 1 we forgot to include the ability to delete. It is resolved in the next beta.

Hi,

I like the SO product very much.However, I have hit some really big issues with respect to permissions.
Defining permissions for Community Member role seems to crash the server, and I am not able to set portlet level permissions any more for that role.

The only workaround I have found so far is to not go for Community roles, but rather Regular roles, but then I need to manually apply that role for each new community created.

I have seen on http://issues.liferay.com/browse/SOS-5 a bunch of improvements, and I wonder what is the target date for the SO Beta 2, so I can time my pilot project based on SO properly.

Is there a good way to do an upgrade from Beta 1 and preserve all the content, profiles and settings?
