When trying to add a Web Content Portlet I am getting this CKEDITOR is not defined error.
This happened out of nowhere today and I'm not sure what the problem is.
It is causing my Content to not be displayed, and help?

Hi Clay,
This issue is related to browser and theme.
For some browsers, the ckeditor is not rendered on first time and when you refresh you will get it.
There are many issues related to it.
like https://issues.liferay.com/browse/LPS-35737

Did anyone solve this issue? I'm experiencing the same thing on Liferay 6.2-CE-GA2. Refreshing the page and restarting the server have not caused the portlet structure to reappear. The message I'm getting is Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'getEditor' of undefined in Chrome and TypeError: b is undefined in Firefox.
