Configuring additional forms for KALEO workflow

Hi all together,

I just designed my new Kaleo processs.
Therefore I made the workflow and the entry definition. The initial form was pretty straight forward as well.

But now I'm stuck in using Kaleo, I want to add additional forms for different tasks of the workflow that are assigned to specific roles/organizations.
Some need additional fields, some should get only a subset etc... specialized data visibility and edit options.

But somehow when using the Kaleo Forms GUI and the "Workflow Task Forms" setting, I can only add the Initial Form I designed from a dropdown, a 'new' or 'add' option is nowhere present.
WHERE can I add additional distinct forms to the same process?

Is this feature not possible? Do I miss some UI element?
Unfortunatly the documentation on creating and attaching forms is quite sparse.

Aghhhh..... found it myself.

Documented not under Kaleo Forms, but under

Hello Oliver,

does the "Workflow Task Form"-Assign funktionality work for you? I have the problem here, that whatever form I assign, it is not being saved.

I klick on "Assign" so the Workflowdesigner comes up - here I select my task, the properties open. I can there assign an Form, press save and close. But now after I close the editor (which is strangely only possible by clicken the X on the upper right corner). Nothing changed. If I reopen the editor now - the assignment is gone.

So - does this work for you?

Thanks, Regards, Heiko
