Does Liferay provide you with the option or Templates in the Marketplace to build WRD websites and/or Infinite Scroll Websites?

Hi Gibran,

yes, Liferay support both Mobile Optimized and Web Responsive Design web sites.
The Mobile Websites Built on Liferay wiki page reports a list of existing sites optimized for WRD based on Liferay.

Starting from version 6.2, Liferay administration control panel has been redesigned and it's fully responsive (supported browsers are listed here)

About Martketplace Themes availability, you can check the Themes / Site Templates Marketplace App Category where you can find some ready to use installable themes.

Just select Themes / Site Templates category and type "responsive" in the search box and you can get a list of responsive themes.
