Fresh Installation, suddnely CSS files do not load.

Hi All,
I had just freshly installed a Liferay 6.2 GA2 CE for Dev tesing yesterday. In that time nothing else has been done to the box other than installation of Compass.

Yesterday the portal was working fine. Today I sign in with my admin user and I'm greeted with this view.

I went into devtools and saw these errors.

The same errors were reflected in the logs. I've checked, the files that aren't loading do indeed exist in my installation.

Does anyone have any idea what's happening here? I could simply reinstall Liferay, but I think this would be more educational.

Hi All,

I tried running my eclipse as root and starting Liferay from there. This worked, all files load successfully. Does anyone know why this is happening?

I have no run into this before.
