Purchased Portlet not getting installed

Hi,

This is shreyas.
I got a free portlet of device recognition for liferay 6.2 ce.
But when i try to install it it is not getting installed.
I am just getting the message Please Wait on the install button and it remains the same.

You have to review the log to see what might be going on.

Thanks for replying.
The thing is that when i click on the install button it displays "Please Wait"
and then there is no progress. The screen remains as it is. There are no logs generated.
By the way i try to install it through purchased tab. Is this the right way ?

So can you suggest any solution ?

Hi Everyone,

I got the cause of the problem.
Can anybody please send me the zip of war file of wurfl-web portlet.
I need it for my project and its very urgent.

Go to the Control panel and click on apps. Click on the managed and it shows all the apps that are installed. If the app is not installed then here is the simple trick:
Install the portlet again. if it shows 'please wait...' for a long time wait for 5 mins and then close the liferay restart the server and now the portlet will be installed. It worked for me.
