Is somebody aware of any survey plugin/portlet for EE 6.2 edition?

There's the very simple Polls Portlet. For more complex surveys, you can utilize Dynamic Data Lists. As they're more generic, you might have to work a bit on the presentation layer (display templates) but all in all they can do the job.
