Problem: images.fast.load doesn't work as expected

Hello,

I'm using Liferay 6.1.20 EE with Tomcat.
Currently im trying to tweak the performance of the portal and am experimenting with images.fast.load=true.

Expected: all images inside the theme folder get compressed into _sprite.png.
Problem: Not all images of the theme get transferred into the _sprite.png and sprite.properties of the theme folder.
Please see the attached screenshot. The file de_DE.png is not in the sprite.png and not inside the properties.
It's just not included. Why is that so?
This is my portal-developer.properties.
