Document title issue

I am using a Liferay 6.1 CE instance behing and apache server using mod_jk to listen port 80. The tomcat/leferay server is hosted by a provider under an linux Platform.
On a Documents and Media portlet I download a pdf file: "intro.pdf". And all is ok !
However if I change the title form "intro.pdf" to "pacte.pdf" the document is no longer found ! See the error message below.
The name of the portal is pacte.ampereforge.org
So it seems that the issue is related to the fact that the document title starts
Is there somebody to help me ?
The error message:

Apache/2.2.22 (CentOS) Server at pacte.ampereforge.org Port 80
