LDAP response read timed out, timeout used:15000ms

When ever i enter http://localhos:8080 then browser shown "This site is Inactivate.Please Contact the Administration ". I got "LDAP response read timed out, timeout used:15000ms" exception in log file .I used Liferay 6.2 and tomcat 7. 0 .Please find the log file and browser image in below attachments and kindly to help me.
