Social office userbar/dockbar is not displaying for user

Hi,
I have installed Liferay6.2 CE version and upon it i have installed social office also.
Assigned users to "social office user" role from Admin control panel.But when i logged in i am not able to see social office user bar/dockbar(dashboard,contact center,my messages etc).it only gives few dockbar links(welcome,Go To,loggedin user with profile and dashboard links)

as per documentation, if i add user to "social office user" role it should display right?

The issue is resolved by creating database with "utf8" character set.

I am also facing the same problems. I tried giving all types of permissions & assigned roles. But no result.
