Added Translation to Indonesian Language (Bahasa Indonesia)

Hi All,

My Team and I, currently in the process translating Liferay into Indonesian Language (Bahasa Indonesia).

On JIRA: http://issues.liferay.com/browse/LPS-10227

For now the translation progress is about 35%.

We still focus on the process of translation of language.properties. We have not uploaded files to the JIRA since the last progress is still in draft.

We expect the draft version completed 100% in the next 2-3 weeks.

Untuk saat ini terjemahan Liferay yang kami kerjakan mencapai sekitar 35%.

thanks a lot for contributing this translation. As the release date is very soon I would recommend you to do an initial contribution of your language.properties this week to make sure the language is added and it can be easily improved and updated later.
