How to setup ext environment in liferay 6 RC2?

I wanna upgrade from liferay 5.2 to liferay 6, I have my own portlets created in ext,
I downloaded liferay 6 from http://garr.dl.sourceforge.net/project/lportal/Liferay%20Portal/6.0.2/liferay-portal-src-6.0.2.zip
and extracted it, I didn't find the target build-ext in build.xml as in 5.2,
also I noticed that tools/ext_tmpl does not exist, please guide me how to upgrade.

Starting with liferay 6, extension environment has become a part of the plugins SDK.
