cms root and web links

Hi

I have upgraded successfully and easily from 3.2.0 to 3.5.0

But so far there are just two things that puzzle me: After upgrading, web links embedded in wiki pages do not show properly any more. They work, but they appear as normal text and you have to guess where the links are.
The pages I refer to were created using the wiki portlet, showing the text in HTML mode, and defining the links as HTML tags in Plain text mode (then I switch back to HTML mode in order to show the page correctly). The curious thing is that the links show properly in the standar editor, but not to the normal user. I have tried with both Firefox and IE.
Any clue? How can I make links show up again?

I also have problems with links within Journal articles. I had created an online user guide in Journal articles, using the demo articles provided in the distribution. My articles keep showing fine, but the links in the Menu on the left don't include the server part after the upgrade. So now they show http://cms/servlet/VRCPROTOTYPETOUR-CMS instead of http://myserver.organization.domain/cms/se...OTOTYPETOUR-CMS.

Do you have any suggestions where (in which file) I would define the server part of a menu link?

Thanks for your time and help.

Best regards,

Rolf
