Hard coded strings in Page Template Description

Description on Page Template page is hard coded in StartupAction.java file. Shouldn't they be externalized?

Hi Hitoshi,

those were just an example, but you are right that the hook could also include the translation of the description. You can create your own hook with those in Japanese.

Right now, the description is not a localizable field, but we can do that for next release: LPS-12968.
