I own and operate a web design + development business in Canada. I need to know please the following - if LifeRay would be a solution for my clients, a large Anglican Church.

The currently have a 15 year old system broken into two parts. A public website and a advanced/member site. We now need to find a better solution, and from what I have researched LifeRay looks very possible I'm excited by all of the features and functionalities...

Can you please let me know the following, and URGENTLY:

- Open Source - Free system to use ?
- How much does the Enterprise solution cost ?
- Can it run on a hosting server with PHP and MySql database ? - What other requirements are necessary ?
- Can it be intergrated with TomCat, Java, Jasper(?), Catalina - Not necessary, but wondering if LifeRay can work with an old 15 year old system / files ?

Once the Admin/Member panel is set up - can liferay work to:
- have members log in with user name and password to access a Admin / Member Area ?
- add, change, edit parish lists, financial statements, users, groups, birthday lists, parish rostas etc.
- upload documents and make changes ? (I note it works with Microsoft Office).
- incorporate LifeRay Admin / Member area template with a Wordpress website ?

Any help about this would be soooo appreciative. I really need your expert advise. Thank you so much.

Yes, It can be integrated with most of them you mentioned.

Depends on your solution, but most of the used attributes can be edited in control panel.

you can do this by document library and bundled office.

I don't have any idea, you have to do some RnD about it...

Can you please give me some ideas?

I noticed your website offers 1 year free (?) - what is the cost following this?

In looking at the features, the Enterprise edition looks like what we would need and offers more features than CE, please explain.

I also need to know, please how exactly a user can edit parish lists, groups, enter 200+ members - add those members to groups etc. Please provide details how to do this in control panel...

Can the member admin panel be added to a wordpress website/
