hi,
can anyone know how to create themes. i am unable to create themes properly. If anyone knows clear process can u share to me otherwise any video tutorial please send reply to either URL or post the process to me.

Couldn't find any video tutorial but think that explanatory part should be enough to understand.

Also, please explain which info.vm files are you talking about?

Is there any chance to create navigation bar in footer in themes? and how these website navigator bar has been designed like this we can create navigator bars in liferay? is it possible.

The way of creating page navigation links in the footer has been described in a Liferay User Interface Development book. You can find the link to the book as follows:

This book also contains different ways to develop a theme, customize a theme and upgrade a theme.

Navigation.vm file (in theme) is responsible for generating menu.

You may use the same logic/code to generate the same in footer.

yes, you can apply theme using

control pannel -> portal settings -> Display Settings -> select the installed theme from drop down list -> Save
