Yep, it's a known issue with Chrome. We're working on it, so stay tuned..

Browsers are starting to get picky about what headers you send before a file. It started with HTML5 video in Firefox, and the trend has spread. Headers tell the browser "I'm an image" or "I'm a video". In the past, you've probably noticed that all images and videos and other resources on the website loaded themselves as downloadable attachments. You could never just "view" an image from the site independently.

Chrome choking on bad image headers is the best thing that ever happened. It will now be fixed!

I believe this has been fixed now.

Just want to make sure, the images in the editor isn't suppose to show?
When I editing a wiki page, images are showing up in the preview and I publish the page, but it's not showing up in the Creole editor (non-source mode) so it's not really WYSIWYG.

Yea I think it should show up there as well. That sounds like a different issue though. (http://www.liferay.com/community/forums/-/message_boards/message/8484820)
