Different Portlets Permissions for two users on Same Organization

Hi,

How can I assign different portlet permissions to two users on same organization assigned to an organization role ?

For example, in case I put the Blogs portlet on the organization public page and assign the organization to an organization role which has specific permissions for the blogs portlet.

But both persons will get the same blogs permissions.

For each user u will create different organization role have respective set of permission & assign user to that particular organization and assign desired organization role.

Thanks for your reply.

I will try to explain below what you have suggested

1. Create two users A and B
2. Create two organization roles Org_role_A and Org_role_B. Assign different permissions for Blog portlet in Org_role_A and Org_role_B.
3. Create an organization NHST_Organization. Create a public page in NHST_Organization. Add Blogs portlet to it.
4. Assign user A to NHST_Organization
5. Assign user B to NHST_Organization
6. Assign Org_role_A to User A in NHST_Organization
7. Assign Org_role_B to User B in NHST_Organization
