Add icefaces portlet to liferay theme

Hi. I use icefaces and i added icefaces portlet to theme as
$theme.runtime("Menu_Flex_War") to portal_normal.vm
But icefaces based portlet didnt run. I am getting js error "ice is not defined". I put normally portlet there is no problem.
Only problem in liferay theme. What can i do for this problem.
