Can somebody guide me to the URL to download WSRP plugins for Liferay 6.1 EE?

It's available in the customer portal. If you are one of the people in your company that can access customer portal it should appear in the Places menu at the top of the page. Just navigate to Customer Portal -> Products -> Liferay Portal -> Liferay Portal 6.1 and select it from Liferay Portal Plugins dropdown and hit Download.
