Applying dual control approval for workflow

Hi, I am interested to know how whether is it possible to implement dual control approval for workflow. I ran through the tutorial but have not installed Liferay.
Basically, I want to configure Liferay to select any two userid from a role to perform approval. The first userid will need to approve, and another userid has to perform the secondary approval.
