I found a good resource for most velocity variables here:
Access Objects from Velocity Most of the variables, like $sign_out_url , seem self explanatory. However, is the value of these variables explained in documentation or code comments anywhere?
Also, I cannot find a list of things like $body_bottom_include and $body_top_include that I also see in the velocity templates. Where are these defined?
