connect twitter to liferay

i have installe twitter but my tweets can't appear as activities
at com.liferay.twitter.util.HttpTimelineProcessor.getUserTimelineJSONArray(HttpTimelineProcessor.java:54)

at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Native Method)
