Only 1 Workflow in CMS?

Hi,
I'm a newbie in Liferay 6.2 CE and I m using web content structures and structures to create content.
I've also configured the workflow for a given site.
Now if a client wants to build a big website with let's say with 40 contributors and 5 reviewers how can this work with a single workflow? Isn't it going to be a little bit messy with email notifications?
Are there any possibilities - and best practices - to achieve that goal of having two or three teams with their related reviewers :
- by writing custom code in the workflow? For instance: if the content structure is X or the page is "News", then the reviewer is "Group A" otherwise "Group B"?
- by mixing 2 or 3 liferay sites, each of them having its own workflow?
- other capabilities?
Thanks !

Hi Valentin,
you can add dynamioc behaviour using Kaleo, see this example:
https://github.com/liferay/liferay-plugins/blob/6.2.0-ga1/webs/kaleo-web/docroot/WEB-INF/src/META-INF/definitions/category-specific-definition.xml
You have more info here:
