Problem with editing themes from liferay marketplace in eclipse

I downloaded theme from marketplace (Beveled.lpkg) and imported it in eclipse .
Before it I install this theme in Liferay portal 6.2 with no problem.
After my editing in eclipse (I only changed color in css file for trying), I deployed theme to portal. And I saw problems with navigation, styles, ...

I did it with other themes from marketplace: Pixelpress, Sunset Theme, Rknowsys Corporate Theme...
I installed themes in portal with success, but after my editing I had problems with site displaying.

Did anybody try to edit theme from Liferay marketplace with success? What is my fault?

You should treat these themes as parent themes and build your own custom themes using the SDK.
