Liferay SMS portlet and SMS messenger ID

Hi All,

I have try to implement this SMS functionalty.
Can you please explain me in detail using the Kannel in liferay? or any other portal ,
Please share the required files or any documents & downloads also ,
Please help me any one,

Kannel is just a web service (albeit pretty dated if I remember correctly). You just call the web service.
