Liferay 6.1 Beta 3 - Installation Error

I downloaded the Bera 3 version of Liferay 6.1 and I installed it on my PC , a Windows XP machine, but it doesn't work.
In log file there are a lot of exceptions and the portal doesn't run.
I attached the log file.

Hi Alfredo,

in the following blog I've read that you have to delete the sevencogs plugins from the webapps folder. Then it should work.
