How to use and improve the "Dynamic Data List"

The DDL looks so nice. But I have not found the portlet of "Dynamic Data List Form", will we see it on 6.1?
Well, I'd like to add workflow on the Dynamic Data List, the high level user could add data but need the super user to confirm, the normal user could only watch.
The question is after high level user add new data, he can not find whether the data is proved to shown directly. Only the super user could watch the Status.
May I add the Status view for high level user?
