When i upgrading theme from liferay 5.X to Liferay 6.x dockbar css not coming properly.i mean add ,mange page ,toggle edit control , its not coming it is coming vertically wise.

Hi Swagatika,
If you compare the the two versions, you can see that the alignment of 5.x is vertically and 6.x is horizontally. So its better to create new theme in liferay6 and then you can migrate.
