Hi,
I have a use case where I'm adding new document type for technical documentation. In that document type I have a text field "Product number" that means the documentation relates to a certain product. The free form text field is not ideal as I would like the user to be able to somehow select from existing product numbers for the correct one.
Is there a better way to accomplish this? I'm thinking something like a dynamic options for selects in document types instead of the hard coded ones. But what I gather from reading the sources this may not be currently possible.
So I'm open for suggestions if someone has solved the problem in some other way.
