On Liferay 6.1 if users want to login, inside the field "Login.Name" is always test@my.tld present. Ho I could leave this field blanc on default? Is there a new setting what I could write inside the portal.ext.properties?

Use the company.login.prepopulate.domain property in portal-ext.properties to disable the "@my.tld" portion.

However, you're seeing an artifact in the browser that is trying to make your life easier by remembering what you used the last time you logged in. Use the browser facilities to purge.
