Alfresco Liferay Integration Query

I installed liferay bundle on one machine, and alfresco enterprise bundle on another machine. Now Liferay and Alfresco are running on independent tomcat server.
In this scenario can liferay be integrated with alfresco?

Does anyone has answer to my question.

ya..It can be..done..But I ve done..two tomcat servers i mean..Liferay and Alfresco..on single machine...
