what the advantage of liferay integration with Alfresco

I am confusing with which one is best either alfresco or liferay. both have CMS feature . when compare CMS propective, which one is best.please tell me .

I would download and run Liferay Portal and try out the CMS. Figure out what you like and don't like.

Do the same for Alf.

Compare the 2 according to your requirements. Go with the one that suits your needs the best.
