Is CE 6.1 jpbm compliant?

What I mean, is can I use a standards jpbm development manual and/or another visual editor to create workflows with without upgrading to EE?

I think the jbpm plugin used mule esb to connect to liferay. Unfortunately, I think mule esb is no longer supported in liferay 6.1.
However, there's a Activiti plugin which you can use with liferay 6.
