How to reuse static webpage in liferay 6.0

I have requirements like the static pages(html page) convert to liferay portal.

How can I create the html pages in liferay using webcontent for the community.

Just click on the "Source" button in the editor and paste your html codes.

I have tried I couldn't make all html content. I am having table of contents it has 30 html pages. If it is possible to link web content display please suggest me.

Yes, you could link to web content. You have to build the URL using this format:

http://hostName:port/group/siteName/pageName/-/journal_content/56/siteID/articleName

You have to replace hostName, port, siteName, pageName, siteID and articlename.
