translates liferay sites

please help me to find a solution to put another language in liferay sites. there is no optional language when creating sites in liferay.

What do you mean by "multi language SITE"? What's the difference from having multi language portlets in a page in a site?

the dockmenu bar contains a drop down menu that contains the control panel link and the public and private sites. i want to translate these sites to multiple langauges. thank you
