After SOLR integration, Can we disable default Lucene index?

Hi

We have integrated SOLR 1.4.1 with Liferay 6.0.6. But still default Lucene index are getting generated.

How to disable to Lucene index and search writers?

AFAIK Solr is a Webapp built on top of Lucene. I don't know the exact internals, but I would guess that Solr will just use the Lucene Indexes from Liferay to provide search functionality.
