Free Form Layout - setting a minimum page width

Hi there - I am trying to figure out how to set a minimum page width for the free form page layout but thus far have been unsuccessful.

I've been digging around in the css and js related to how the page layout works but I don't see css I can override or js to change to prevent the user from resizing the column past a minimum value. Does anyone have any ideas or knowledge on how to achieve this? Thanks in advance!
