LP 5.2.1 - Recent Bloggers and Aggregator do not Scope

Recent Bloggers and Aggregator do not Scope

Steps to replicate:

- Create a community
- Create two pages, say Linux and Windows
- Assign Blogs, Recent Bloggers, Blog Aggregator
- Create some blogs at both pages
- Try to scope or filter the blogs by Page in all porlets
- Only Blogs appear to be functional. Recent Blogger and Blog Aggregator do not work.

If you are working with 5.2.1, please confirm.

The same issue exists with LP 5.2.1 out-of-the-box.
