web content/journal portlet and IPC

I need to be able to pick out web content/journal articles based upon tags/keywords supplied via jsr286 eventing.

So far we've got an event that sends a string, if that string matches a tag in an article/web content we need that web content to display.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how this could be accomplished?

Bumping this.

Anyone any suggestions to how to achieve this? Someone must know, a few pointers would be very helpful.
