Custom Liferay theme not working in one of the system

Hi All,

I developed a Liferay theme as well as a Liferay Layout. Its working fine in my machine as well as on one more machine. But the problem is we have two more machines in which its not working.
I tried restarting server, redeploying and all but its not working at all. Please give some suggestion to solve this.

I am using LR 6.1 CE ga2 bundled with tomcat.

For a workaround I did some changes in portal-impl.jar under D:\Liferay\liferay-portal-6.1.1-ce-ga2\tomcat-7.0.27\webapps\ROOT\WEB-INF\lib .

I included this line in portal-impl.jar in portal.properties file ---> include-and-override=portal-developer.properties.

But I don't think its a standard way to do this.
Please suggest some standard way to overcome this problem.
