Doc Lib Portlet for Liferay

I am using Liferay CE 6.1 GA2 in a project.

I want to have a Doc Lib / Repository function, Liferay Doc Library portlet can't meet my demands (function too simple, and has the limitation on File size -- 3M?), I googled and find two options:

Option-1: Alfresco Document Library Portlet: (alfrsco CE 3.4 or later).

For option-1, the portlet is only supported by Liferay 5.2.3, but I am using liferay 6.1CE. My questions are
1/ Does anybody have the experience with Alfresco Doc Lib portlet for Liferay 6.1CE, and how do you do that?
2/ Are there any other similar portlets free for use?
