BUILD FAILED while creating portlet using liferay-plugins-sdk-6.1.30 ee

Hi,

I have downloaded the latest liferay-plugins-sdk-6.1.30-ee-ga3-20130812170130063 bundle, and tried to create a simple portlet.
Have got the following errors -

What should i suppose to do?
