Documents and Media portlet changes title of page

We're using Liferay 6.1 and we have pages with the Documents and Media portlet. The problem I'm having is that the title of the page gets changed to the name of the root folder I have selected in the Documents and Media portlet. For example, the page is titled "For Students" but there is a Documents and Media portlet where I have a "Study Away" folder selected as the root folder. So, the title of the page is now "Study Away - For Students". If I remove the portlet, the title of the page is back to "For Students". Is there a way to stop the Documents and Media portlet from changing the title of the page?
