Hello guys: Anyone here that has had problems following the Cyrus IMPAP+Postfix integration procedure. We've reached a step where we cannot find the mail-ejb\.... files being mentioned in the instructions. We understand these files should've been installed with the JavaDoc API package, which is supposed to be part of the Liferay installation package (we used the Beginner's installation. Did we miss something? We also tried looking for the JavaDoc API package as a standalone in the site and were not able to find it.

<br />Had the same issue and found all needed docs in the src download of liferay-portal-ent-3.2.0.src.zip<br /><br />You&#39;ll also need to download the sql scripts as well as they&#39;re not included in the main distro.<br /><br />My next issue is to configure MySQL dBase correctly and actually run the command in the install: <br /><br />cyrus_adduser cyrus_password your_domain_1<br /><br />The command bombs out and I don&#39;t have a clue about what I&#39;m missing here. Mu issue is :
Im tring to configure mail server with tomcat but unable to do it.
Im using EmailArchitect(as mail server) with tomcat server, but server is throwing exception as in below stacktrace.
Userid is test@liferay.com
Password is test

Whether we need to user only
1. Washington IMAP+Sendmail
2. Cyrus IMAP+Postfix
3. Dovecot+Postfix
wat liferay will not work with other mailserver, if so plz give me a guides.Im working in windows platform.

PLz give me guide lines for mail configuration pklz plz plz plz
