Install more Portlets

when i click install more portlets under Server > Plugins Installation > it redirect me to Store!

plss i need solution for this!

im trying to add my php into liferay..

if you are using CE version then you only can install free apps which is available and for that you can set one property in portal-ext.properties where you will have to give community plugin url.
