I have extended the social office and i have some applications that are required for me. i want to create it as a plugin. Please help.

With the information you give, you'll probably not get an answer:

Did you add a few applications that should always be deployed when Social Office is deployed?
Did you create some page templates that you want to be whereever you deploy SO?
Did you create some applications and extensions that you'd like to distribute as SO extensions on Marketplace?
Did you create some new or changed pages that should change SO's out-of-the-box appearance?
Did you fix an issue that you'd like to package so that you can deploy the changes not only on your Dev- but also on your production environment?
... or what do you want to achieve? ...

You can become a Marketplace Developer. That (and an app) is all that's required to publish any extension to marketplace.
