Drag and Drop indicator appears after multiple attempts of mouse cursor mo

Hi All,
I am facing challenge with drag and drop of portlet in empty column.
I have 2-2 column layout. When all my portlets are in column 1 and column 2 becomes empty. Then If I try to drag portlets from column 1 to column 2 it takes many cursor moves to make drag and drop indicator to appear. I want to make it smooth and effortless.


Does anyone know about it?
